In answer to your question about 1, this is a scanning error and should be changed to I. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mary Anne Lynskey" <yeksnyl1953am@xxxxxxxxxxx>

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Proof reading with Victor Stream

I just started proof reading with the V Stream and am very excited about how much more convenient it will make proof reading and validating. I've a few
comments/questions and would appreciate comments.

I've noticed that while reading, a times the word I is read as the number 1.
When I go back and spell through it, it shows as the letter I. So it
apparently is correct, but changes when read in a sentence. Has anyone else
noticed this peculiarity?

My next observation is really a question. When you put a book mark to note an error, is there a way to find the book marks when you load the book back
onto computer? I couldn't find mine and then when I put the book back on
the stream again, the book marks were gone, much to my chagrin. Any
suggestions on how to handle book marks would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Mary Anne
