Good points, both of you.
Just a gentle reminder to all volunteers to keep the workflow steady by not
holding onto books too long and to *always* honor the "Hold for..."
designations in the queue.

I don't know. I am not doing this lately, but when I first started
proofreading I downloaded several books at a time and examined them to
decide which one I wanted to proofread and then released all but one. It
might have looked like I was downloading to just collect books from the
checkout list, but I was actually deleting the ones I released immediately.
