Was it publisher quality? I know that publishers often give Bookshare
the Ebook editions.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: Question about submitting a book
As a matter of fact, I seemed to find a Kindle edition on Bookshare
once. I keep track of what I am reading and have read at Good Reads
and I want to put only the exact edition that I am reading on my
Good Reads bookshelves. When I tried to find a certain ISBN on Good
Reads once it didn't seem to be there. Then when I finally located
it it was a match for the Kindle edition.

Now that you've brought this up, I
would like to enlarge the question to ask whether Kindle books
only in that format will be showing up on BookShare as well as
those only in other formats. I have a friend constantly
telling me about authors doing Kindle books which never seem
to show up here.
Thanks.

A book I want to scan seems to be only
available as an ebook. If I contact the author, can be
submit the book to Bookshare?
