oops ! Mary & Amber,
Since both of you use K1000, I was confused and I sent my reply to you, Mary, addressed to Amber. Luckily, the list is the list. Actually I think you both had similar problems. I am still having problems in Kurzweil but it is because of a "dirty" hard drive , not Kurzweil, and a Windows screw-up. I am looking for volunteer help in the Miami area to come and fix it. A friend suggested it but the program that used to do this no longer has volunteers so I am feeling like Diogenes. In the meantime, "we try".I taught English not computers. I am even offering to exchange help in my field for help from a "geek".
