You were asked to review your text encoding configuration earlier.  I
just reviewed your message headers. It seems you have configured your
mail client to encode mail as "quoted-printable" and the mailing list
software is  converting to 8bit. It may be that some messages may
become garbled during this conversion.

consider again RTFM of your e-mail client and adjusting your settings
so you send 8bit e-mails and avoid the conversion by the mailing list
software.
