The Six Wives of Henry VIII. Amber had scanned and submitted it. I remember that it was rejected, though I would have loved to have validated it no matter the condition. However, whoever rejected it felt it was better to have it rescanned. I just checked the rejection part of Marissa's list and the title was "Hold for Kelly" (with a "y, not the "ie." It's nice that Kellie (with an ie) is going to scan it, and I hope it's a good scan--but, for those of you who keep telling me that it's better to reject books than to have someone like me spend time on validating them, let me point out that I would have finished with the book and it would be in the collection by now. Admittedly it takes me a while to get to the books I want to "save," but they do get into the collection in excellent shape, e.g., The Transit of Venus. The ones I released, or most of them, upon the urging of some, are still untaken from the download list--which is good because I will take them when I finish other books if they're still there. Hopefully they won't be rejected, at least the worthwhile books, or those submitted by worthy individuals who try their best. smile A lot of Harelquin romances are scanned and validated and get into the collection quickly, but some of the classics, like Howard Fast's The Establishment--and wasn't All the King's Men, by Robert Penn Warren, on the list at one time? It seems to have disappeared, before I could get to it, so I assume it was rejected and hasn't been rescanned Cindy --- "E." <thoth93@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > What Weir book? > > > At 04:59 PM 9/9/2006, you wrote: > > >Kelly: > >I love this!
