I ordered the book from Amazon.com for a penny plus shipping for $3.99 so I
should be getting it soon. You can't beat getting a book for a penny. I will
work on it as soon as I get it.

I took this book. I ordered it from the library in order to make sure that the
page numbering is correct and that you didn't miss anything. Therefore, it will
