The other one to watch out for is 1 t. and 1 T. If you're listening to the recipe, it's hard to tell what the measurement is. 1 tsp. and 1 tbsp. are better, but I imagine that spelling the word out is best: 1 teaspoon and 1 tablespoon. I've heard that the 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 symbols in Microsoft Word are interpreted as asterisks with some Braille readers. Is this correct? Are there any other little gotchas to look out for? Thanks! I didn't know that and plan to do some more cookbooks, of course, so this is good info to know. -- Jamie in Michigan Currently Reading: Lucy in the Sky by Paige Toon Earn cash for answering trivia questions every 3 hours: http://instantcashsweepstakes.com/invitations/ref_link/49497 See everything I've read this year at: www.michrxtech.com/books.html
