The other one to watch out for is 1 t. and 1 T. If you're listening to the
recipe, it's hard to tell what the measurement is. 1 tsp. and 1 tbsp. are
better, but I imagine that spelling the word out is best: 1 teaspoon and 1
tablespoon.
I've heard that the 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 symbols in Microsoft Word are interpreted
as asterisks with some Braille readers. Is this correct?
Are there any other little gotchas to look out for?
Thanks! Carrie

Thanks for the good tip about C being interpreted as can instead of cup. I
didn't know that and plan to do some more cookbooks, of course, so this is good
info to know.
