I agree. I am hoping to hear from the submitter just in case he or she still
has the book. But of course it's one of those famous prolific bookshare
volunteers. I really think that the submitter's name should be shown in case
of questions with the submissions.

If this book proves hard to acquire, maybe it should be approved even if the
garbled pages can't be resolved. You could mention them in the comments
field. I would think the rest of the text might be very helpful despite this
