The problem with sending them to you directly instead of posting on list is
that we don't know if the information has been provided or not. So I will send
the chapter titles to you, but I'm posting here to let people know. Of course,
it may be that you have already received the info and this will be just one
more piece of mail to clutter your mailbox.
