Christina,
I can see a downloadable version of the book, so I can tell you that the titles
and authors are all in CAPS. Also, the pages where the Title of the story is
also has the Author's name below it. This version only tells me how many pages
are in each chapter, NOT page numbers.
Let me know if I can help more with the version I have access to.
