John, I've taken the book and am looking at it. It appears as though this is the correct book. Aside from it being not having all the page breaks in their proper places, this seems like and extremely good scan. I don't have the final validated copy that was submitted by the original validator--Jake, perhaps? Let me know what you'd like me to do with it. From the book history, it seems like it was already published and then you removed it. I hope that you still have the final validated copy. That might contain proper page breaks.
