The gods of software engineering have temporarily thrown us a lightning bolt
and the dowloadable version can't be placed out there today, but probably
tomorrow. It had to do with opening up certain permissions for file placement
and testing it before we put it out there.
It'll be there soon. In the meantime, feel free to share the downloads you have
created as a stop-gap if some one wants to download it today or tomorrow (since
many of you are on later time zones than us). We're eager for you to read it
and make use of it. There's an email address in the first section where you can
send questions and comments.
