So how does one download a book? Sorry if this has been answered, but
really, there is so much mail!!!
Sue, what you are seeing is the decolumnized table of the list of
books. these are the headings of the columns. If you proceed further
down the page, you will find the books listed. Each book title is a
link to its download page.
