Hi, Patti. If you know you saved those books in .txt format, do an F2 when you have the file highlighted. At that point, you'll be in an edit field where you can edit the name of the file. Push the End key to make sure you're at the end of the file name and just type .txt at the end to add the extension...or whatever format you saved it in. Then, try it again. That still doesn't make sense, though, why it would be saved without the proper extension, but see if that works. Take care.
