I just submitted a book for proofreading. It was added to the queue in less
than 10 minutes. Of all the books I've submitted (15 since I started last
fall), I've never had to wait more than two hours before a book I submitted
reached the queue, so I've never really experienced the pronblems others have
talked about. Maybe submitting them late in the evening helps?
