I've just submitted for proofing "The End of Growth: Adapting To Our New
Economic Reality" by Richard Heinberg.
It's been read through w/errors corrected, headers stripped, page
numbers/section titles present, text/headings/footnotes formatted. There are
also text boxes/sidebars which I've also labeled. 322 pages.
