I have scanned and will be submitting the rest of the Planet Guides.
Jupiter
Saturn
And The Outer Planets Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto
As with the other ones, Thank you for those of you willing to look at the
books and edit them for me. So I can concentrate on other books I have
sitting here for editing.
They will need, the junk characters removed. I love Fine Reader's accuracy
but hates desire to make words out of pictures, and would love to figure out
a way to reduce them, but.... figure it isn't worth the work.
Also the captions need separating, and the text needs fixed, those lovely
scannos, smile.
Thanks for the help validators on this project. I will be scouring my
library for other science and particularly astronomy books for further
interest.
I know for me, scanning these has helped me learn quite a lot. I have a
model of the solar system sitting on a shelf, and the book published by
Edinboro University called Our Space in the Universe, which is a great book
of tactile graphics about the planets. Will be buying Touch the Stars when
I get the chance.
