it is usually encouraged that you remove the text in the headers but NOT the 
page numbers.  Those should be kept in there.

I had a question regarding submitting books.  I probably should have asked 
this long ago.  smile  Should the submitter go through the book and remove 
headers like the title and page numbers on each page?  I've read several 
messages on the list where people talk about removing headers, which makes 
me wonder.  Thanks.
