Hi Monica,
I just wanted to commend your creative approach to helping those in need. It is
meaningful to give people the tools they need to understand how to improve
their situations. Also, we all feel good when we are able to solve a personal
problem independently. This is a great way for Bookshare to promote the
well-being of its volunteers and members.
