I always delete the library stamps and references.

they aren't opart of the original book.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Tar Baby Again

Hello, Everyone,

I have taken the plunge and downloaded Tar Baby by Toni Morrison to
validate; since it is an .ark file it is not available to all to validate,
so I am happy to do it.

I say "I have taken the plunge" because this book has been released over and
over, and I am wondering if I am missing or overlooking some problems that
more experienced validators know to shy away from.

I do see some problems with the page numbering of the file, which I can
resolve with patience.

I have one simple question though. The first page of the file was a library
stamp from the Dallas library which I have deleted, but the introductory
pages have two more references to this Library; should they be deleted as
well?

Wish me luck with what may be a daunting project!

Lori Castner
