Tracy, there are smart quotes in the book instead of normal quotes. They show
up as the character  instead of " in the DAISY version of the book (what about
BRF?)
I just approved The Crystal Rose yesterday. When I checked it, I didn't notice
any problems, so I'm thinking that I can't see the smart quotes in the RTF
format. When I look at a book, I should search for  and if I find any, return
the book for more editing with a note that says replace all quotes with a
normal quote.
In the meantime, Bob, do you want me to return the book to the download list so
you can take out the smart quotes? I can put HOLD FOR BOB in the title if you
want.
