[bksvol-discuss] Tried several settings for this book

The book I'm currently scanning has a few words in bold type at the beginning
of each chapter. I am taking out the junk at the beginning as well and for
example, one chapter begins Teddy sat at his desk but it is in all caps. Also
there's the problem with the word the which changes to die toward the binder. I
have tried to let kurzweil 10.4 set it's self for the best settings and a few
myself and the same result. Any ideas would be appreciated here for doing this
book two pages is slow. I am used to doing continus scan i guess.
