My gosh, Susan, another place to shop for books! Is this treasure or what? I've never gone to this site as you just mentioned it to me, but have gone to amazon.com and alibris.com. I just discovered on amazon.com that if a book doesn't have an "add to shopping cart" button but just the "add to wishlist" button, you can get an offer for the book from other bookstores. Alibris.com also is great when choosing a book because you get the assessment of reliability for the bookstore you might wish to choose plus assessment of the condition of the book. I think I prefer as good a condition as I can get for the price. Another resource is powells.com. They are pretty finicky about their used books so they are really reliable. If you want, you can call their 800 number and order by phone. The people there are very nice and I've been able to get stuff for bookshare from them as well as from amazon or alibris. If so, what sort of an experience have you had with them? The website says they don't charge for shipping.
