I need to download one of Carrie's scans because I know she uses Fine Reader. Thanks anyway for the suggestion. Sue S. Hi, Lisa, I do have normal view checked. So that isn't it. Word does recognize page breaks. It is just when I have to change section breaks to page breaks that I have the problem. But I'm going to try Mike's suggestion of going to the end of the file and see if that helps. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Lisa Belville" <lisab12@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: <bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Friday, August 24, 2007 3:29 PM Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: VALIDATION QUESTION Hi, Sue. I'm using MS Word 2002 and JAWS 7.0. I think I might be able to help with at least one problem you're having. <smiles> it sounds like you have the print view checked in MS Word. Try switching your view to Normal by pressing alt+v and down-arrowing to normal and pressing enter. This should make page breaks show up after you do the control+enter keystroke or after you do a replace all where you replace ^b with ^m. If this still doesn't work, then I'm stumped as to why your find and replace isn't working.
