I would not mind the current single switch setting if it were actually
limited to the described test.  The "would a book store be able to
sell the item to a minor?" test.  I don't see any means of automating
that test, so just loosening the reins to allow either submitter or
proofer to un-check it would be a major improvement.

The automated tool is simply far more sensitive than the test warrants.
