Rose,
To remove the hyphen followed by tab and new line
What I would do in Kurzweil is to go into find and replace with control h,
in the find field type a hyphen followed by\t followed by \n. leave the
replace field blank and go to replace all.
To replace the hyphen followed by new line type the hyphen followed by\n
and leave the replace field blank. If you have a backup copy you can go
back to it if this doesn't work.

OK, I am now in K1000, what I am finding are some hyphens with a new line character after them, I don't wish to remove all new lines, just those with a hyphen before them and I am drawing a blank.
The thing is, I did apply corrections, tried to do a rank spelling and have word-endings and all sorts of stuff I want to fix, I am getting 95% or so correct words but 6000 not recognized and from looking, the problem is related to this hyphen thing, but I don't want to take all hyphens out either since some are really supposed to be there.
Am I making this too hard?
Did I wake up on another planet?
I swear, if I can fix this one problem about 98% of the corrections will be made.
