The problem is that folks often answer emails without first reading all
the traffic.
This isn't a problem if a msg was posted within the last 15 minutes.
If someone does this 3 days after the fact, then, of course, it is a
different story.
Also, if folks compose replies off-line and then send them at a later
time, some of this dupplication is unfortunately unavoidable.
