I did, it removed about 180 of them but not a lot of the others, when I
do the rank spelling everyone raves about I still have a ton of word
endings or prefixes and weird stuff.  Before I even try to fix anything
I have a 95.5% rating, and in looking at that list there are some
abbreviations which is to be expected, but in the first several after
that it is just things like 

"me-chanical" "permis-sion" and so forth.  

I thought I knew how to do this?  Maybe not.

Rose, In K1000, try applying corrections with alt o. this is supposed to

remove end of line hyphens without removing the others. If you have a
copy 
of the work you have already done, you can go back to it if applying 
corrections screws things up.
