And by the way, the book has been released to step 1. I did that shortly
after sending my first message.
I apologize for not checking the times. I just noticed that it didn't have
a Hold For, and it looked like it had been grabbed and released in a short
period of time (like less than a day), which made me think that someone had
taken it and decided not to validate it for one reason or another.
I apologize for misinterpreting what it meant.

Did you know that you can extract your rtf copy of a book from the
zip file more than once, if you don't delete the zip file from your computer
after the first extraction? That might help you next time to get a clean
copy.
