Hi Rick! Well, I don't think that a spam filter was the initial problem here, though as a possibility, it's definitely good to know. That's the first thing we tried here, turning off the spam filter. It had no effect. Wish it had, as that would have been nice and simple, and comprehensible. Thanks for the input, as I doubt I'll ever be the only person ever to have a problem, and all possible solutions may be helpful to others in future.
