If I remember correctly, that book has a lot of made-up, or Russian
derived speech in it. Sounds to me like the validator didn't take that into
account and raise the rating when uploading to the validation queue, or
didn't read enough of the book to know to do that.

a good rather than excellent rating. I never heard of a Carrie submit
