Hi Patricia,
I too am experiencing a difficulty. I tried both Internet Explorer and Kurzweil. The site accepts my username and password as valid, because when I purposely entered an incorrect password it returned an error. I'm guessing there's something wrong with the Cookie being set or some such thing. I tried clearing temp internet files, cookies and history with little result.
Kurzweil returns a wrong username/password error when attempting to download the book, as is expected if the system won't log you in correctly.

I'll drop Gustavo an email letting him know.

Jake

Hi,
I have been trying to log in to the bookshare site. It accepts my password
and then acts as if I have done nothing.

Is the site down or is there something strange going on with my
subscription?
