As for searching the archives, I suppose that can be done, but it is a lot of hassle. I would suggest just asking your question again. I don't think it will annoy too many people and it would take up a lot less space than discussing how to access the archives.

As for your question, if you go to the Freelists site, and do a search on bksvol, you'll probably find it.

If you want to make a book request, there's a special address for that which escapes me at the moment, but I'm sure that somebody will come back with it.

As for worrying about making a repeat request, don't. It may have gotten lost in cyber space. It may be that it is being attended too. Why not make your request and see what happens?
