I bet you're right--in which case I would think the
authors are Teitelbaum and Morganstern.
Amazon lists a box of about 5 of the books, of which
The Case of the Secret Message is the last. The
authors there are Parker Hinter and A. E. Parker, but
one can't "look inside" and the Case...isn't listed
separately.
