Barbara,

By this time I guess you've read all the posts about
page numbers. Leave a space between the last page of
the text and the page number and another between the
page number and the page break, and hopefully thepage
number will be retained.

And yes, you can put the page cover info at the end.
Or I put it at the beginning. I put the cover info
with the word cover in brackets; back cover info --if
not jsut reviews--next, with back cover inf brackets;
front bookflap info with front flap in brackets; and
back flap info with back flap inb rackets--unless it
repeats back cover. Wherever you decide to put it,
readers can skip it if they want to.
