No, I guess I wasn't clear -- I got the email reminder but there was no
renewal link, and the mail came several days or even a week or 2 before the
expiration date. That's what annoys me (I copied Madeleine). I check every
day or 2 but there isn't a renewal link, even when I get email reminders at
times -- and at least once a file was released and I had to go the
checkout list -- when the file wasn't there I had to post asking the
person who might have taken it toe release it so I could get it again.
The no renewal link problem had existed ro a long time, if I remember
correctly. You'd think if would has been fixed by this time. I guess that
for some reason it can't be there permanently ( thogh since expiration
dates and the "release" and "check in links'seem to be there permanently I
don't understand why the renew link can't also be ... but thenI'm not an
engineer. smile
