I don't know about the upon-submission ratings, but I've uploaded validations that have had a lot of strange names, and some that have had some dialect, and the automatic rating was already Excellent. I didn't have to change it. I was very surprised. I'm also surprised at how strange proper names are spelled correctly. I always look at the book to check, and they're correct.
