Mike,

After reading Jake's comments (and maybe I should wait
to posts until I've read more mail) I suggest waiting
until Gustavo gets back and sending him the copyright
page and explaining the issue Laura raised and ask him
what to do. I hd a book in which the contents were
from two earlier books which had different copyright
dates, and the current book did not have its own
copyright date so I wrote to Gustavo --in fact, I sent
him the whole book file, thinking he could either
reject it or put it into the collection himself. He
told me to use the latest copyright date (of the
second book) and upload the book.

He'll need some thorny problems to get him back into
the work mode after the conference, I think (grin).
Send him Boot Camp for Christians, too. That should
get is brain working after its being fried with heat
in Las Vegas (grin).

Cindy
