Hi Jill,
The original purpose of BSO was to indicate to the administrator that the
book is to replace the current copy. Since Gustavo is no longer the approver
of books you may want to mention that the book is a replacement in the
comments area as well. Traditionally yes, the BSO will be removed by the
admin.
