Thanks for that explanation, Roger; The BTC book I downloaded was scanned by 
Rick Costa, and my past experience with a BTC book scanned by him was that it 
needed quite a bit of work, though I can't remember if it was just formatting 
or if there were scannos, Maybe I shouldn't say this, but I am very happy he's 
gone (although not because of his scans. smile (meow)
