[bksvol-discuss] can't renew

I got the renewal notice today and can't renew; from the date of expiration I
see it expires in 2 days. I'm sorry, I forgot what the explanation was of why
the renewal option can't be there permanently; is it because there are too many
of us to make it feasible?
