I use my guitar cloth, which is a piece of chamois. Works great.

Yes. U don't wanna use stuff like paper towel or cottonballs or
whatever where the fibers or residue can be left behind on your
scanner. Preferably a nice soft cloth without bumps & ridges. An old
(but clean) cotton undershirt would do excellent.

So, lintless cloths are best?

Your best bet is eyeglass lens cleaner. It's a little expensive but it
really works well. Some folks also use a lintless cloth dampened w/a
*small* amount of windex .

Hi, all.

I'm wondering what you use to clean scanner glass. Someone tole me to use vinigar, but that didn't seem like such a good idea, so I figured I'd ask
out here.
