Hi. I have a deaf-blind proofer who has never gotten spell checker to work
in outlook 365. When you press f7 you get the grid allowing you to choose
grammar or spelling but the error count never increments. The only way I got
it to work was to press f6 from the open document and find the toolbar. I
choose "word count" from that tool bar and run it. After the word count
finishes, I ok that and repeat the spell checker operation and the count
does then increment. I can then choose spelling and work normally from then
on. Any ideas?
