Thanks to everyone who answered this thread. I contacted Gustavo who gave me 
the green light to validate this e-book. It appears it is a university 
submission. So, all being well, I hope to have 'Remarkable Providences 
1600-1760' validated in the next couple of weeks. I'm not a American History 
buff, so I'm finding it a bit slow going :)

Now I remember that!  

And what is even more confusing, as I recall, is that I looked at the book 
when it entered the collection.
The submission was by an individual; and the only way one would have known 
that a school was involved was by looking at the bio attached to the 
submitter's name.
I wonder if books such as those are meant to be submitted via Step 1 
or if those are sent that way unintentinally.
