Unless there are page numbers or running headers on each page you won't be
able to tell where the page breaks were. If there are headers, then you put
the page break right before each of them. If there are only page numbers,
it is harder to tell where they should go. In childrens books they often go
at the bottum, but in other books they usually are at the top. You'll
probably have to guess which option looks more likely.
