You probably have to hit tab to get to the list of files. Then you will see the
title of the book. Press enter there.

I have Kurzweil and downloaded a book with that format to validate. However,
when trying to open it the same way I do RTF books, it tells me there are no
files within the folder. This is the second time I haven't been able to do this
with a KES formatted book. What am I doing wrong, please?
