Hi Valerie,

If it's in small caps it needs to be made all caps. The Bookshare conversion 
software converts small caps to lower case for who knows what reason. I've run 
into this many times on books I've proofread.

If the original printed book has them in all caps leave them in all
caps. It's just like italics. If a word is in italics in the printed
book, you leave it in italics.
