Hi, Bud. Learning to work with zip files is something we have all had to learn at some point, so you aren't alone in not knowing how to do it. From seeing how you do things, I'm sure you can learn to zip a file. I use a free program called Iceows, and there are several other good programs out there. Winzip is what many people use, though it is shareware and costs to register it. If you'd like to use the Iceows program, let me know. I'll put it up on my web space and give you a link where you can download it. Once it's installed, you can right click a file, hit the letter I for the Iceows menu, and then hit the letter m for make zip archive. It does it's thing, and you have a zip file ready to go. There is even a check box to zip and then email a file to someone. The reason I'm offering to post a link for Iciows is that I don't remember where I downloaded it. I've used it for so long that it almost seems like part of Windows to me.
