Hi, Tracy,
Thank you for your welcome. I found the manual, which seems to be linked to
from several places, including the "how to proofread books" section. In case
anyone is looking for it.

Hi Erin.
Welcome back!
There's a fairly recent manual on procedures somewhere on the volunteer
section of the website. You're quite right that some things have changed
over the years.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] hello from old-new volunteer
Hello to all again, or maybe not,
My name is Erin. I happen to be blind and am a current Bookshare member.
Many many years ago, perhaps 9?, I volunteered with Bookshare proofreading
books. Since volunteering makes me happy, I'm back doing the same thing. I
will probably have a lot of questions about protocol and procedure since I
haven't volunteered in awhile and things change. Thank you all in advance
for help and assistance.
I wish everyone a joyous holiday season. I also apologize in advance if a
disclaimer about confidential information shows up in my signature. Outlook
has troubles distinguishing between my business account and personal account
sometimes.
